Made-to-Order Products
Nature of Texas products are made-to-order and non-returnable. If you have an issue with your made-to-order product, please get in touch with our team at info@natureofteas.store.
We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. This change would include the ship-to address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right. Please allow 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, for us to resolve a damaged or defective product.
Refunds
Should a refund be in order due to a damaged or defective product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If we approved your return and more than 15 business days has passed, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@natureofteas.store.
