We make them just for you :-)
Therefore, we offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for ANY item purchased in our store with a quality defect. If your item is damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund for the same item you purchased.
Email us at info@natureoftexas.store. Include a clear photo(s) of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right. Please allow 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, for us to resolve a damaged or defective product.European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If these terms are not met to the letter, we will not process your return.Refunds
