Returns
We make them just for you :-) Therefore, we offer a money-back guarantee for ANY item purchased in our store with a quality, production, or shipping defect. We will provide a replacement or refund for the same item you purchased.
- Covers: Quality, production, or shipping defects.
- Does not cover: Design, size variation, or color due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
To initiate a claim, email us at info@natureoftexas.store. Attach clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please allow 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, for us to resolve a damaged or defective product.
Refunds
Should a refund be in order due to a damaged or defective product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if a refund is approved. Please remember that it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
